Guidance for FAQ regarding Risk Adjustment Operations and Reports

Question: Which reports provide a list of claim details with the diagnosis codes submitted to External Data Gathering Environment (EDGE) server?
Answer: The RA Claims Selection Detail (RACSD) report includes the claims and diagnosis codes accepted for each individual, while the RA Risk Score Detail Report (RARSD) identifies the codes included in the calculation of each individual's risk score.
