Guidance for FAQ regarding Risk Adjustment Operations and Reports

Question: Will the risk score estimate detail and summary report include state payment transfer data?
Answer: Risk score reports will only include Risk Adjustment (RA) transfer data as it relates to a specific plan and rating area in a risk pool/market via the RA Transfer Elements Extract (RATEE) report. RA transfer payment information is provided in the final RA state payment transfer reports (Transfer Payment Issuer Report (TPIR) issued in June after the benefit year.
