Online Provider Directory Review Report Final
Guidance for the review round that examined the accuracy of 108 providers’ locations selected from the online provider directories of 54 Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs) (representing approximately one-third of all MAOs, with 5,832 providers reviewed in total). The review found that 45.1% of provider directory locations listed in these online directories were inaccurate.
