Miscellaneous Guidelines Regarding the Section 5506 Application Process
Guidance for clarification and explanation of portions of the CMS Application Form for an increase in FTE caps under Section 5506 of the Affordable Care Act. We are providing these procedural guidelines in an effort to improve the quality, completeness, and consistency of future section 5506 applications, and to facilitate faster, more efficient, equitable processing of those applications.
