Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS) - Modify the Expert Claims Processing System (ECPS) to Process More Than 10 Medical Policy Reason Codes
This Change Request (CR) is to correct a pre-existing design issue in FISS where only the first 10 medical policy reason codes get worked by ECPS. The remaining reason codes are bypassed. The current design allows for some claims/services to be paid incorrectly.
