Guidance for FAQ regarding Premium Payment and Premium Payment Re-Direct

Question: Are there documents that provide examples of specific actions that will or will not trigger the payment redirect process?
Answer: Yes. The most current Payment Redirect Business Service Description (BSD), published in June 2013, provides several examples of triggers for the premium payment redirect process. You may find the BSD on the zONE, the collaboration site for technical documents (https://zone.cms.gov/). A copy is also available on the public facing site REGTAP, www. REGTAP.info.
