Guidance for FAQ regarding Premium Payment and Premium Payment Re-Direct

Question: How often will individuals be able to use the payment redirect process? Will they be redirected every time they make a change to a new Qualified Health Plan (QHP)?
Answer: Qualified Individuals will use the redirect function if they chose another QHP during an open enrollment or Special Enrollment Period. The payment redirect process is not used within the same QHP when other types of enrollment related changes are made after coverage has been effectuated.
