Question: Is the Payment Transaction ID being supplied for each payment instance?

Answer: Yes. The Payment Transaction ID is included for each payment instance for each enrollment group. For a detailed description, refer to the June 2013 updated Payment Redirect Business Service Description (BSD), which also includes several scenarios. The BSD is available on the zone (https://zone.cms.gov/) and on the REGTAP site at www. REGTAP.Info
