EDE Program Participation Checklist
Guidance for documents and information that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires prospective EDE Entities (i.e., qualified health plan [QHP] issuers, web-brokers and DE Technology Providers that build or maintain an EDE environment) and Auditors—who are contracted with an EDE Entity to conduct the business requirements audit and/or the privacy and security audit—to submit for oversight of the EDE pathway for the plan year 2020 Open Enrollment Period (OEP).
