Question: Is the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) connection to the Simple Storage Service (S3) bucket to manually upload files into the S3 bucket or can issuers externally automate the upload?
Answer: A manual upload from the console is recommended. However, Amazon Web Services (AWS) offers application programming interfaces (APIs) and command line interfaces. The issuer can automate this process.
