Question: What should an issuer do when reporting Claim Paid Date if the issuer reports the Paid Date at the service line level, but the Medical Claim submission format includes this field at the header level?
Answer: The claim paid date is only reported at the header level of the claim file submission. If an issuer captures the date paid at the line level, the date paid at the line level should be reported at the header level.
