Question: What is the deadline for submitting enrollment files, claim files? What is the deadline for any adjustments/updates to enrollment or claims files on the Edge Server?
Answer: All claims' dates of service and enrollment periods for 2014 benefit year (i.e., January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014) must be submitted by April 30, 2015. Adjustments and updates to enrollment and claims files may be made ongoing through the submission deadline. Issuers should submit replacement data claims as frequently as necessary to ensure stored claims data are accurate and includes all claims to be considered for risk adjustment and reinsurance.
