Question: When sending member data to the edge server, should issuers send the Rating Area used for premium rating purposes or based on the location of the member?
Answer: Issuers should use the same plan rating area that was used for premium rating purposes as established by Program Integrity Rule at 45 CFR 147.102(a)(1)(ii).
