Question: Where are edge server technical questions to be submitted?
Answer: CMS is working to ensure that issuers and TPAs are well supported once provisioning and file submission begins. CMS will have a help desk available to help with troubleshooting any technical issues or to respond to questions related to file processing and the outbound files that are generated as a result. CMS will provide additional information regarding help desk support in the future.
