Question: Is the edge server only applicable to plans inside the Marketplace?
Answer: No. Risk adjustment covered plans and reinsurance eligible plans operate inside and outside of the Marketplace (formerly Exchange) (Reference: ACA Sections 1341 and 1343). Please refer to 45 CFR 153.700 for distributed data environment (edge server) requirements.
