Question: What coverage end date should issuers use for enrollees who have not terminated?

Answer: In accordance with the Edge Server Business Rules, Section 5.5 (available in the REGTAP library), the Edge Server will accept open ended enrollment periods. However, CMS recommends using the last date a premium rate is effective for a policy when developing enrollment period end dates.
