Question: Is there a minimum monthly amount of data that issuers must send to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) via the EDGE server?

Answer: No, there is no minimum monthly amount of data that issuers must send to CMS. CMS requires issuers to submit data quarterly and recommends that issuers submit data more frequently, as needed. As a reminder, enrollment files must be complete files of all enrollees and enrollment periods.
