Question: Should women's contraceptive claims be submitted under the same masked enrollee ID as other medical claims to the Edge Server?

Answer: Contraceptive claims covered under a non-grandfathered, individual or small group plan should be submitted on a pharmacy or medical claim file, as appropriate.
