Guidance for: This memorandum notifies state survey agency directors that Sections 2003A and 2826 of the State Operations Manual are being revised to clarify the effective date for Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) supplier agreements and to update information on the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) and legacy Fiscal Intermediary (FI) assignments for tribal and Urban Indian FQHCs.
