Guidnce for program year 2020, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will continue to implement a performance-based scoring methodology for eligible hospitals and critical access hospitals (CAHs) that submit an attestation to CMS under the Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program.
