Submit innovative ideas for major new transparency, participation, and/or collaboration initiatives that HHS can implement to improve agency operations and better serve Americans. What partners should HHS collaborate with for this initiative? What tools or platforms should HHS use for this initiative?

i think collaboration and thught should go into helping the non profits who do help and try to make the lives of the american people better and many should be included in the loop also for funding so they can continue their work
Check out what DoD, EPA, NASA, and a couple of others have been doing with regards to open gov/new media for the last few years. One of our CoPs is at http://go.usa.gov/lbL but other platforms/tools are required to encourage particpation and collaboration.
I would like the participating physicians to be able to check the EOB-Explanation of Benefit online. IVR does take time. Checking EOB on Internet would be fast and time saving and tangible on screen. This is already done by medicaid check njmmis.com
Give an access to fax numbers of the various departments in CMS so we can fax comments too.
