Updates to Chapter 18, Preventive and Screening Service
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to update Chapter 18 of the Internet-Only Manual (IOM) to: (1) replace all references to Type of Bill (TOB) 73X with TOB 77X for Federal Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and (2) update FDA Certification Data in Section 20.1.2.
