Update of Edits That Deny Payment of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Add-On Code G2211
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to update the edits that prevent payment of HCPCS add-on code G2211. There will also be updates to the Internet Only Manual (IOM) in chapter 12 sections 30.6.7 and 30.6.19 that will highlight the G2211 add-on.
