Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM) Telehealth Waiver – Implementation
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to create a mechanism to allow demonstration code A9 to be associated with Telehealth claims, and implement changes required to support the processing of the TEAM provider participant file to be utilized by the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS) for the telehealth waiver requirements
