Have questions about your enrollment? If you’re a health care provider or supplier, your Medicare enrollment contractor can help.

Medicare Administrative Contractors

Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) process all Medicare enrollment applications for Part A and B providers and suppliers. MACs serve as the primary avenue of communication between health care providers and the CMS Medicare Fee-For-Service program.

Your MAC can:

  • Help you navigate the enrollment process
  • Answer questions about your application
  • Keep you posted on the status of your application
  • Answer questions you may have about Part A and Part B claims

Find and contact your MAC (PDF).

DMEPOS Enrollment Contractors

Effective Nov. 7, 2022, the National Supplier Clearinghouse no longer processes enrollment applications for DMEPOS suppliers. The National Provider Enrollment DMEPOS East and West contractors now process all Medicare enrollment applications for DMEPOS suppliers.

Your enrollment contractor can:

  • Help you navigate the enrollment process
  • Answer questions about your application
  • Keep you posted on the status of your application
