Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Electronic Data Interchange Front-End Updates for April 2026
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to provide the April 2026 Combined Common Edits/Enhancements Module (CCEM) edits for the Part A and Part B Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs). Additionally, this CR provides direction to Shared Systems Maintainers for appropriate CCEM updates.
