Speaking Requests
To invite OCIO Official's to speak at your event, please complete the online Speaker Request Form. All requests will be reviewed by the OCIO Immediate Office (IO) before a final determination can be made. Given the volume of invitations that OCIO receives, we cannot guarantee a response sooner than 4-6 weeks after the invitation is submitted. Please be sure to provide full, accurate and specific information as the OCIO/IO will base their recommendation on the materials you submit through this process.
Vendor Management Office
The Vendor Management Office (VMO) is interested in learning more about IT services providers and their capabilities. To register with us, please complete our VendorRegistration Form. The form includes response fields for detailed descriptions of service offerings and the ability to share links to websites. The submissions can be made available to HHS buyers for Market Research purposes. For additional inquiries, or to send additional marketing materials, please contact the VMO at HHS-VMO@hhs.gov.
