Meetings

NVAC meets three times per year in Washington, DC. Meetings are typically two days in length and cover the most recent and pressing topics affecting the vaccine enterprise.

Public Participation

Meetings are open to the public however pre-registration is required for both public attendance and comment. Due to fire code restrictions, if room capacity is exceeded, in-person registration will be closed. 

For meetings located at HHS headquarters, you will need a photo ID, such as your driver’s license, for admission. A sign-in area for meeting attendees is located in the lobby behind the security desk. An NVPO staff member will be there to assist you.

Note: Non-U.S. citizens must provide additional information to attend the public meetings. See the online registration form or contact NVPO for details.

Meeting Details

  • Federal Register: includes upcoming meeting details at least 15 days prior to each meeting. Information regarding comments will be included in the Federal Register notice.
  • Hotel Information
  • Typical Schedule:
    • Day One: 9am – 5pm
    • Day Two: 8am – 1:30pm
      Note: Hours may vary. Please verify times of the meeting you plan to attend.
