The report finds that ACA coverage gains have been widely shared across groups. For example, the uninsured rate fell  by around 40 percent for Americans in all income groups for 2010 through 2015, including individuals with incomes above 400 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL).

Description: Eight states in the Delta region are receiving a total of $10 million in grant funding in FY 2016 to reduce chronic diseases that disproportionately affect the region. The funds will support collaborative efforts among health care providers to use an evidence-based model to address diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, stroke and behavioral health.
