Question: Must Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) issuers provide residential or mailing Zone Improvement Plan (ZIP) Codes to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the Enrollment/Reconciliation process?

Answer: CMS requires FF-SHOP issuers to submit mailing address ZIP codes.
