Reporting PACE Alternative Care Settings in HPMS

Guidance for informing all Programs for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly
(PACE) Organizations (PO) that they must now submit the Alternative Care Settings (ACS) checklist information into the basic contract management area of the Health Plan Management System (HPMS).
