Guidance that rescinds Transmittal 967 dated May 26, 2006, and replaces it with Transmittal 1006, dated July 21, 2006. The all Part A, the all Part B and the all DMERC claims exclusion fields (fields 213-215) were added to attachment A of the business requirements. All other information remains the same.
