Overview of Unauthorized Enrollments

Guidance for issuers describing how the Federally-facilitated Exchange processes reports of unauthorized enrollments (UEs), in which a consumer is enrolled in coverage without their knowledge or consent. Describes both the process for reports of UEs that come from consumers and those that are reported by issuers.
