07/01/2024: CMS released the CY 2025 MMP English Marketing Model Materials & Memoranda for Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York (FIDA-IDD), Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, & Texas. More information is available below.

 

Each year CMS and states participating in the Financial Alignment Initiative (FAI) jointly update state-specific marketing guidance and model member materials required for use by Medicare-Medicaid Plans (MMPs) and Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) Plans. Current guidance and model member materials issued by CMS through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) appear below. General information is followed by state-specific information, which is alphabetized by state name.
