Effective October 1, 2015, the ICD-10 Version 33 Hospital Acquired Condition (HAC) list replaced the ICD-9-CM Version 32 HAC list. Visit MS-DRG Classifications and Software for the Text and HTML Versions of the ICD-10 HAC List Files located in the ICD-10 MS-DRG Definitions Manual in ‘Appendix I – Hospital-Acquired Conditions’.
