The Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) model aims to support better and more efficient care for beneficiaries undergoing the most common inpatient surgeries for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries: hip and knee replacements (also called lower extremity joint replacements or LEJR).
