Amendments to OIG Exclusion and CMP Authorities Resulting From Public Law 100-93
This proposed rule would implement the OIG sanction and civil money penalty provisions established through section 2 and other conforming amendments in Public Law 100-93, the Medicare and Medicaid Patient and Program Protection Act of 1967, along with certain additional provisions contained in Public Law 99-272, the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 and Public Law 1-00-360, the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act of 1988.
