May is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month
May is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month! The President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition is excited to encourage everyone to #MoveInMay, but remember to continue to practice social distancing while you're being active.
There are countless ways to get moving, and many of them can be done while you stay at home. This year, we are teaming up with the Move Your Way campaign to help encourage all Americans to get active at home. Check out the National Physical Fitness & Sports Month blog for additional information, resources, and social media content to inspire people to get active by themselves or at home with their families.
Help us celebrate the month by using the information below to spread the word about National Physical Fitness & Sports Month, and also National Women's Health Week!
