This meeting is free and open to the public. Public comment will not be available during the meeting, however, you may send your comments to the Council via e-mail at fitness@hhs.gov. The meeting minutes will be archived on the PCFSN website at www.fitness.gov.

Individuals wishing to attend in-person should RSVP by May 9th at 5:00 p.m. EST. To RSVP, email rsvp.fitness@hhs.gov and include your first, middle and last name and email address. You must bring a valid, government-issued ID on the day of the meeting. Please inform us of any necessary accommodations by May 2nd. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please RSVP by April 25th, and indicate your country of citizenship in your RSVP email.

Transportation

Parking: There is limited street parking surrounding the Hubert H. Humphrey Building. We recommend taking the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit System (Metro).

By Metro, take either the Blue or Orange line to Federal Center Metro Station: This station is located within two blocks of the venue. Proceed through the visitor entrance of the Hubert H. Humphrey Building and inform the desk attendant that you are attending the Council Member Meeting. Proper identification will be required.
