Le Bonheur Community Health and Well-Being
Project Overview: Le Bonheur Community Health and Well-Being works to reduce sexual risk behaviors and improve health outcomes for youth ages 11-19. To achieve this goal, they will implement evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programs in middle schools, high schools, alternative schools, and community-based sites in Shelby County, Tennessee. In addition, Le Bonheur will initiate a community-wide teen pregnancy prevention planning process in partnership with Memphis Teen Vision, an existing coalition of youth serving agencies and providers, to enhance the program and develop a referral process to increase youth access to healthcare services.
