Strategic Programs Division (SPD)

The Strategic Programs Division (SPD) works to enhance HHS Human Resources program integrity through policy implementation, mandatory and statutory reporting, expanded resource capability, leadership development, and program accountability. Additionally, we are expanding our presence and impact with other federal agencies as well as the private sector and academia by providing model oversight for the Department’s Strategic Human Capital Management, Employment Policy and Accountability, Recruitment and Diversity Outreach, and HR Data Analytics and Reporting.
