| | Can contractors use the HHS logo on documents that are consulting deliverables intended for HHS use only, while under contract to HHS?Answer | | | No. Contractors may not use the HHS logo on "consulting" deliverables. Its use would serve no valid purpose.
However, if a contractor deliverable is camera-ready or otherwise reproducible copy, for the express purpose of being an HHS publication for HHS distribution to the public; then, and only then may the contractor affix the HHS logo, under the direction and guidance of the HHS project officer and as approved by the Office of the Secretary, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs. |
