Transportation Services (TS) recognizes the importance of timely training as a critical component of a successful transition from GovTrip to Concur Government Edition (CGE).
All users – travelers, approvers, preparers, certifiers, and Federal Agency Travel Administrators (FATAs) – will be provided with computer-based training through HHS University. The course will cover the process of creating, reviewing, and approving travel documents. Training will be available to each Operating and Staff Division (OPDIV/STAFFDIV) approximately 30 days prior to each OPDIV/STAFFDIV go live date.
Lead and other select FATAs, as determined by HHS OPDIVs/STAFFDIVs, will attend an instructor-led training to learn the administrative functions of CGE.
In addition, TS is preparing a series of virtual “town hall” meetings to provide CGE users an opportunity to ask questions and gain additional insights into CGE. The meetings will give users direct access to system experts, and will be offered to each OPDIV/STAFFDIV just prior to launch. Additional sessions will be scheduled as necessary.
