HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR)
The HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR) implements and supplements the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and provides the regulatory framework for conducting acquisitions across the Department. For information about recent changes since the HHSAR’s publication in the Federal Register, please see HHSAR Changes After April 26, 2010.
The HHSAR is managed by the HHS Office of Grants and Acquisition Policy and Accountability. See Division of Acquisition for related policies and guidelines governing the acquisition workforce (including Contracting Officers, Contracting Officers’ Technical Representatives, and Program/Project Managers).
