2012 Title X Family Planning Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement FOA Application process:
Applicants for the 2012 Title X Family Planning Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) should apply to the specific announcement for which they are interested. As of 31 May, 2012, modified FOAs have been posted on Grant.gov for the 2012 Title X Family Planning Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement (CFDA 93.260). Each of the four national training centers in Part A and the national training center in Part B now have unique FOAs for their respective topic. They are identified by the following title, “Title X Family Planning Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement FOA“with the corresponding training center at the end of the title:
Part A-1 Coordination and Strategic Initiatives
Part A-2 Management and Systems Improvement
Part A-3 Family Planning Service Delivery
Part A-4 Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement and Evaluation
Part B STD Related RH, Prevention Training and TA Centers
The eligibility criteria, guidance and content has not changed from the original FOA posted on or around 12 April, 2012.
In addition, there is clarification around the font and spacing of tables and/or text boxes: Tables and/or text boxes included as part of the application (narrative and/or other content) may be used with the following limitations:
- Up to and no smaller than 10 point font;
- Single spacing is allowed;
- Pages must be the equivalent of 8 ½ x 11 inch pages with a minimum of 1 inch margins on all sides; and
- Content must be related to the information specific to the table/text box. Caution should be taken when constructing tables/text boxes to ensure that information presented within the format is appropriate and not being used to subvert the requirements of the application format of 12 point font and double spacing.
