Title XX Introduction: Purpose

The purpose of Title XX AFL legislation is to:

Demonstrate effective programming in the areas of adolescent pregnancy prevention and comprehensive care of pregnant and parenting teens,
Conduct important research on topics related to adolescent pregnancy and well-being, and
Inform the field of new and useful findings from demonstration projects and research projects.
