Adolescent Family Life (AFL) Continuation Applications
AFL grantees must submit a non-compete continuation application each year for the life of their grants in order to be awarded subsequent funding. Please download the OAPP letter regarding dates and requirements: [pdf] [html]

These End of Year report templates have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for use in Title XX Adolescent Family Life (AFL) Care and Prevention demonstration projects under OMB No. 0990-0299 (Care) and OMB No. 0990-0300 (Prevention).
