The Family Planning National Training Centers Affordable Care Act of its website has trainings and other resources geared to assist Title X and other safety net providers with Affordable Care Act implementation. For example, check out the archived Answers about Health Plan Contracting Webinar: If you have ever encountered difficulties in getting contracts with health plans, then this webinar is for you! Featuring representatives from American’s Health Insurance Plans and from health plans, this webinar explains health plan requirements, expectations for network providers as well as what will make Essential Community Providers most attractive to health plans.

Marketplace.cms.gov is the official Marketplace information source for assisters and outreach partners  The site has information and tools for assisters to help consumers enroll and also use their new health insurance.

Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Affordable Care Act Provider Toolkit has resources to help safety net providers with Affordable Care Act Implementation.

HRSA Health IT has webinars and other resources related to Meaningful Use, ICD-10 and other topics.

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) HealthIT.gov has information and resources related to health information technology. Providers & Professionals is the primary federal source on electronic health records and meaningful use.

The Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) is charged with helping implement many of the reforms of the Affordable Care Act. See CCIIO Fact Sheets and FAQs.

Healthcare.gov is the official consumer site for the federal Marketplace.

OWH and Medscape CME Courses. The Department of Health and Human Services Office on Women’s Health (OWH) and Medscape have developed two online Affordable Care Act (ACA) activities for health care professionals who provide care to women.  Check out Prevention Across a Lifetime: Women's Health and the ACA and Women's Health and the Affordable Care Act: What's Covered. Create or use an existing free Medscape account to access these offerings. Continuing medical education credits are available.
