Canceling an ALJ Hearing
Notify the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) assigned to your appeal as soon as possible if you cannot attend a hearing. The ALJ will reschedule the hearing if you have good cause for changing the time or place. Your request for a hearing can be dismissed if you fail to appear at the hearing and the ALJ determines that you did not have good cause.
