Weigh-in on Federal Rulemaking

The Office of Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (OCIIO) recently released numerous regulations and requests for comment.  These regulations are important for people with disabilities. 

In July, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary’s Office on Disability (OD) hosted a teleconference on:  “The Public Voice and Health Care Reform”.  It was designed to help advocates and beneficiaries understand the public policy making process and how they could make their voices heard.  Transcripts can be found on the OD website

To build upon that call, we would like to share the following information:
